What did you think of the event? Do you think it was better or worse than last year?
"It was an amazing event! Sports Day is always one of my favourite days of the year. The atmosphere was buzzing! I think it gets better and better every year. This year was particularly great because of all the student support in organizing and running the day"
What impressed you the most? - I was most impressed with all the students who were involved with the planning, running and filming of the day. It really was an accomplished student centered event.
Who do you think was the ‘Falcon of the Day’? Definitely Mairi Donaldson for her record breaking (faster than the boys!!) 100m sprint!

How you felt when you won? Felt pretty good but felt I could do better
How did you celebrate your victory? Didn’t really celebrate, at best got a pat on my back
What’s your opinion on sports day? The sports day event is okay, it’s a good event for people but some things could have been improved. For example, the active zone was kind of lame cause of the monotonous tasks to complete. I also wish that there would be more types of sports.
Compared to last year or the year before how was this year better or worse? Last year was better, more competition, better weather

How you felt when you won? Kind of happy though not so much cause of the lack of competitiveness in the events I took part in
How did you celebrate your victory? Didn’t do anything with my victory
This was your first year, what were you’re first impressions of the event? Overall the sports day event for outstanding and had several new events which is completely new to me in comparison to my old school
How was the environment of sports day? Sports day are a fun time to compete amongst friends

Which event did you win? I won first place in high jump.
How did you feel when you won? I felt quite surprised & excited.
Have you won any sports day events before? I have. Last year I came in second place, but I didn’t expect to win this year.
What did you do to celebrate your win? I just hung out with friends, didn’t really go out anywhere. It was pretty boring.
What’s your overall opinion on sports day this year? Did you think it was better or worse? I thought it was better because of the weather and also because of the games this year. It seemed like a different atmosphere.
